Background 7/7 - Electric analogs for mechanical systems

In the fourties, the electric analogs for mechanical systems were needed to develop analogic computers. The outstanding results in this field are due to Kron.

The analog circuits can be distributed or lumped. We will need the electric analogs for the elastica and the plate.
